VersiCloud Admin

Welcome to the future of restaurant management with our innovative VersiCloud Admin. This cloud-based platform places the reins of your restaurant's operations directly in your hands, no matter where you are. The internet is your doorway to instant access to your restaurant data from any device, removing the constraints of location and the need for physical presence or remote utilities.

The introduction of VersiCloud Admin truly marks the dawn of a new era. As it undergoes rigorous testing, we anticipate this platform to drastically reshape the way you navigate your restaurant's operations. In offering you real-time, remote access to your restaurant's data, VersiCloud Admin ensures you're always in command, even when you’re on the move.

Mass Menu Edits

As we all know, the cost of goods and ingredients is subject to constant fluctuations, especially in today's economy, where price changes are becoming more frequent. From rising food prices to increased operating expenses, restaurants need the flexibility to modify their prices in response to these changes. However, manually editing menu items one at a time to reflect new prices can be a time-consuming and labor-intensive process.

With the mass-edit feature, VersiTech addresses this pain point head on. Restaurant owners and managers can effortlessly filter down to a specific category, select all relevant items, and raise or decrease the price by a set dollar amount. This capability allows for rapid adjustments across the entire menu, eliminating the need to painstakingly edit each item individually.

Enhanced Menu Management

Say goodbye to menu chaos and hello to streamlined efficiency. Menu management is getting an upgrade with an enhanced grid layout. You can easily apply a set of buttons onto the menu using a customizable grid layout, simplifying the task of adding rows and columns and adjusting their size and margins. 

Additionally, the grid cleanup feature allows you to transform a group of buttons into a neat and organized grid with just a few clicks. The organization and cleanliness of your menu are crucial for efficient operations, and this will ensure your staff can find items quickly and easily.

Item Cloning

Cloning is another valuable addition to VersiPOS. Creating new items and keeping track of their specific settings can be time consuming. Our new cloning feature allows you to easily replicate the properties of similar items and make necessary adjustments. With cloning, you no longer have to manually recreate every setting for a new item. Instead, you can simply duplicate the properties of a similar item, including its price, department, modifiers, printing preferences, and more. By using this feature, you can save valuable time and effort while ensuring consistency and accuracy across your menu. 

Reporting Dashboard

Comprehensive reporting is essential to managing your restaurant's performance. With the new reporting dashboard, you will have an at-a-glance view of current and historical sales reports. The widget format will provide easy access to different sections, including top-selling items and sales forecasting. This powerful tool will guide you in making informed decisions in order to drive your business forward.

Human Resources Dashboard

In addition to the reporting dashboard, we are introducing a dedicated HR dashboard. This dashboard will display widgets showing your current and historical labor reports, timecards, labor percentages, and a list of staff members on shift. Unsure who's scheduled to work? The new HR dashboard lets you stay on top of everything, including who is actively working and who is taking a break. This comprehensive overview allows you to manage your workforce and ensure smooth operations.

System Audit

We understand accountability is important for every business. Our new system-audit feature is a helpful tool that brings a new level of accountability and transparency. This feature tracks and records every change made within the VersiCloud Admin. For example, if you're modifying a timecard entry, each action is meticulously recorded and attributed to the user who initiated it. 

This comprehensive audit trail provides a clear and detailed history of all system activities, promoting integrity and ensuring accountability within your business. By enabling you to track and reconcile any modifications, it provides a reliable source of information for internal audits, compliance requirements, and dispute resolutions. This transparency enhances your operational efficiency and fosters a culture of responsibility and trust among your staff.

Template Management

Templates have always been a valuable tool in VersiTech's software, allowing users to create predefined sets of buttons within their menu. We’ve made significant improvements and greatly simplified the template manager to make it much more accessible for users.
With the enhanced template-management feature, you can easily create customized templates of buttons that suit your specific menu needs. These templates serve as pre-designed layouts that can be applied to multiple screens within your menu, ensuring consistency and saving you valuable time in the menu-creation process.

Coming Soon… On-the-Fly Price Specials

In the dynamic and fast-paced restaurant industry, the ability to quickly adapt to changing circumstances is essential. And soon, VersiTech will be introducing an exciting new feature––on-the-fly price-specials. Imagine you're hosting a happy hour and need to decrease the prices of select items for a specific time frame.

Traditionally, this would mean navigating through complex specialty menus and even tediously inputting temporary pricing, not to mention the potential for human errors such as mispricing items, which can cause significant issues.

That's where the upcoming on-the-fly price specials feature steps in. This new tool allows you to make immediate price adjustments directly from the item properties, enabling you to effortlessly decrease prices for the desired period. You can create a seamless customer experience during happy hour and other limited-time specials without disrupting your regular menu structure. 

While the on-the-fly price-specials feature won't be included in the initial phase one release, stay tuned for its arrival in the near future. It's a game-changer that promises to uphold accurate pricing, streamline processes, and enhance your customers' experience—without any disruptions to your regular menu structure.

Change Is on the Menu

Transitioning from the current VersiPOS admin to the VersiCloud Admin may seem daunting for many of our valued customers. That's why we are committed to providing personalized support and guidance every step of the way. We plan to gradually roll out the upgrades to a few individual clients each week to avoid the chaos and confusion that could come with a mass rollout. 

Each site we upgrade will have immediate access to all the new features that come with VersiCloud Admin. With that process in mind, the complete rollout to every VersiTech client will take several months to complete. Through this process, we can ensure a smooth transition and stay true to our hands-on approach and exceptional customer service.
